3rd Street Dance has been teaching Los Angeles to dance for 40 years. We offer a comprehensive dance curriculum for adults in all styles of social dancing including Ballroom, Argentine Tango, Swing, Lindy Hop, Salsa, Bachata, Cha Cha, Cumbia, Kizomba, Hip Hop, Jazz, Ballet and more. We offer dance fitness classes and private dance lessons are also available to fit your individual schedule and customized to your specific needs. Children's ballet classes are offered on Saturday mornings. Our iconic studio has been featured on many popular dance shows such as Dancing with the Stars, So You Think You Can Dance, Dance Moms, various TV series and commercials as well as music videos for MTV and VH1.
Location:
We are conveniently located on the south side of 3rd Street, between Cedars-Sinai Medical Center office towers and the Beverly Center. We are located in the heart of Los Angeles and are walking distance from some of LA's most exciting restaurants such as AOC, The Ivy, District, and 3rd Stop. We are just minutes away from Beverly Hills and West Hollywood.
Parking:
Parking is available in our back lot as well as on the nearby Holt Street, Burton Way, San Vicente and 3rd Street.
Program Curriculum:
We offer a more comprehensive program than any other dance studio in Los Angeles. Because we have more than one classroom, we often run two or more classes simultaneously. This gives great depth to our program and we are able to offer beginning thru advanced levels in each of the popular styles of dance. Our program's versatility allows you to advance at your own pace; many of our students attend classes two or three times per week.

The studio has an impressive and polished team of professional dance instructors, recognized as some of the best dancers in Los Angeles. They also work professionally in TV, film and on stage. They have each been hand-picked for their superior skills and personalities, their versatility and their ability to communicate clearly. Our instructors create a fun, comfortable class atmosphere and are always available to answer questions.
Class Size:
Our classes are small enough to allow our teachers to provide individual attention and to answer your questions. Our classes are substantially smaller than those at competing studios which allows for a more intimate learning environment and individualized attention.
